The Line in conveniently located across the street from The Dadeland North Metrorail stop. The Metrorail is a 25-mile dual track transit system that runs from Kendall through South Miami, Coral Gables, and Brickell; to the Jackson Memorial Hospital area. The accessible Metrorail stations are about one mile apart, providing easy access for bus riders, pedestrians, and passengers. Ride the Metrorail to and from The Line to Brickell in about 20 minutes. And if you’re a student at the University of Miami you’ll be there in less than 5 minutes as you’ll only be two stops away.

Bruce Brosch

NBWW & Assiciates - Architect

Bruce Brosch studied at the University of Cincinnati and graduated in 1974 with a Bachelor of Architecture. He became a registered architect in 1978 and was awarded his national registration (NCARB) in 1979.

In 1979, he joined Nichols & Associates (the forerunner of NBWW) and was project designer and manager for many of the firm’s key projects, such as the Westin Convention Center Hotel in Providence, Rhode Island; the Alhambra, an office/hotel complex in Coral Gables, Florida; and the Barclays Financial Center / J.W. Marriott mixed use facility in Miami, Florida.
